Your voice is part of your identity. That's why we want you to understand how ECOS works, which decisions are yours and how we protect your stories.
Your story begins when you speak.

You talk with ECO, the conversational agent in ECOS. It asks questions and you answer in your own voice.

ECOS keeps the stories you choose to tell and turns them into Echoes: an image, a text and a narration.

If you authorize it, ECOS learns how you sound so it can narrate your Echoes in your own voice.

Without that authorization, your Echoes are narrated in Facundo Arana's voice. Available options depend on your settings.
Five safeguards
Your voice starts with you.
ECOS only narrates in your voice if you give explicit consent. Otherwise it uses another available voice.
We protect your voice model.
Your voice model isn't sold or used to train other AI systems. Some service providers may process it only to deliver the service.
You choose who listens.
Your Echoes are private by default. You decide what to share and with whom.
You're in control.
You can delete your Echoes in the app and withdraw permission to use your voice. To delete your whole account, contact the ECOS team.
You always know what you're hearing.
Your original conversation, your story's text and its narration are different things. Narration is identified as narration.
Is this a copy of my mother?
No. The stories come from what she chooses to tell. ECOS turns those conversations into Echoes and can narrate them using the available voice options. It should not invent memories or attribute experiences she never shared.

Access
Your Echoes are always available in your account, inside the app.
Export
Today you can share or save the image and narration text of your Echoes. Other export options aren't available yet.
Delete
Delete individual Echoes in the app. To remove your voice or your account, withdraw permission or contact the ECOS team.
Consent
Using your voice requires your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Sharing
Share privately with your Family Circle — only the people you invite.
