Anyone who wants their voice and stories preserved — parents, grandparents, caregivers, and families who want to keep loved ones close, always.
How does ECOS work?
You talk with ECOS through warm, guided questions. Your answers become stories you can keep adding to, and ECOS brings their meaningful moments to life as Echoes your family can listen to when you share them.
Privacy & Security
How does ECOS use my voice?
ECOS keeps the recordings you choose to create so your stories can be heard in the voice that told them. You control what you record and which Echoes you share, and with whom.
What happens to my stories if I stop using ECOS?
Your stories remain connected to your account. You can manage individual stories or request account deletion through ECOS support.
Are my stories private?
Yes. Your stories belong to you. Nothing is shared without your explicit permission.
Who can listen to my Echoes?
Only the people you choose. Your stories stay private; you decide which Echoes to share and who gets access — now and in the future.
Does ECOS sell my data or my stories?
Never. We don't sell, rent, or share your data or stories with advertisers or third parties.
Can the ECOS team read my stories?
Access is restricted and used only when needed to provide, protect, or support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Can I delete my stories?
Yes. You can delete any story at any time from your Memory Library.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You're always in control. Deleting your account removes your data permanently.

What kind of stories can I record?
Anything — childhood memories, love stories, life lessons, recipes, advice for future grandchildren. ECOS guides you gently.
Do I need to prepare anything before recording?
Not at all. ECOS asks the questions. You simply talk, in your own voice, at your own pace.
Can my family listen to my Echoes?
Yes — anyone you share them with can listen, respond, and feel close to you, even across distance.
What is a Memory Library?
Your private collection of stories and the Echoes inside them, organized and searchable. Stories stay private; you choose which Echoes to share with the people you love.

Is ECOS an AI?
ECOS uses AI to guide conversations and preserve your voice — but your stories, words, and emotions remain entirely yours.
Will ECOS change my stories?
Never. ECOS preserves your voice and words exactly as you tell them.
Getting Started
Do I have to finish a story in one go?
No. Start with two minutes and come back whenever you want: tomorrow, next month or next year. ECOS picks up where you left off.
Do I need to be good with technology to use ECOS?
No. ECOS is designed for everyone, with senior-friendly clarity and simple voice-first interactions.
