"Generous fair-use" means enough recording for the way real families use ECOS. We don't advertise "unlimited" because voice storage isn't unlimited — we'd rather be honest and keep it working for everyone.
What happens if you cancel or pause
- Your stories stay accessible in your account.
- You can download your recordings and transcripts at any time.
- Your voice model can be deleted on request — you own it.
- You can resubscribe later without losing what you already recorded.
Pricing FAQ
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep Premium features until the end of the paid period, then move to Free. Your recordings and transcripts stay in your account and remain downloadable.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can download your recordings and transcripts at any time from your account. If you need help exporting a large archive, contact support.
Is my voice model deleted if I stop paying?
Your voice model is yours. You can request deletion at any time, whether or not you're a paying subscriber. Deletion is permanent.
