What does fair use mean?
ECOS is made for genuine personal storytelling. Premium gives you practical, ongoing use for that. We only limit highly unusual use: automated, abusive or commercial-scale. We don't set a number of stories — we'd rather be honest and keep it working for everyone.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your subscription is billed and managed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), depending on where you subscribed. Cancel from your phone's subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for.

You choose whether to continue with Premium, monthly or annual. If you don't continue, your Echoes stay connected to your account.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You start free, with no card.
Can I cancel Premium?
Yes, anytime, from the App Store or Google Play. You keep Premium until the end of the paid period and there are no further charges.
Is my voice model deleted if I stop paying?
Your voice model is yours. You can request deletion at any time, whether or not you're a paying subscriber. Deletion is permanent.
